- Info desk: info desk assistance at cinemas, handing out press kits and accreditation packages, selling catalogs
- Movie halls: distributing headphones, checking quality of screened films, collecting votes
- Guests services: assistance at airport and railway stations - meeting and escorting guests (taxi fare covered by Verzio)
- Translation: help with translating for the festival’s catalogue, at the screenings and Q&A
