We invite young documentary film enthusiasts to apply to the Young Jury at this year's festival.
Deadline: 5 October, midnight CET.
The 22nd Verzió International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival takes place between November 11-19, 2024, in Budapest and between 20-30 November online at festival.verzio.org.
The members of the Young Jury will view the films selected to the International Competition of the 22nd Verzió, discuss them with their fellow jury members, and choose the winner of the Best Human Rights Film Award.
To become a jury member you should be available in Budapest between 11-16 November. The Award Ceremony takes place 16 November in Művész Cinema where the members of the Jury will present the award along their statement.
The Young Jury will receive full accreditation to the film screenings and professional programs of the 22nd Verzió.
To apply, please send us an email with a one-page motivation letter and a short review of a documentary film that has deeply affected you recently. The documents can be submitted in Hungarian or in English. Applicants between 18-26 are eligible to be selected.
