The 20th Verzió Human Rights Documentary Film Festival ended in cinemas on 29 November. More than 10 000 visitors attended the festival between 22-29 November 2023. The 20th Verzió's online festival program features 53 documentaries from the cinema program online. Films can be rented until midnight on 10 December and will be available for 14 days from the date of rental. The films are available from Hungary, and four films are also available from abroad. The online festival includes the Best Documentary Award winner A Golden Life, the Best Hungarian Film, Fairy Garden, the Best Human Rights Film Award winner The Dmitriev Affair, the Doc Future Award winner Snajka: Diary of Expectations, the New Frontier Award winner Dancing on the Edge of a Volcano, the Best Environmental Film Award winner, Against the Tide, and many more documentaries.

The Audience Award of the 20th Verzió was awarded to Gergő Somogyvári's Fairy Garden on the closing day of the festival.
