I am Greta
(directed by: Nathan Grossman, Sweden, 2020, 98 min, in Swedish and English, with Hungarian subtitles)
The journey of world-famous teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg from a one-person school strike to the UN climate summit, in never-before-seen footage. What is Greta Thunberg, a quiet, shy teenage girl who doesn't fit in with her peers like, when she's not in the spotlight? Director Nathan Grossmann filmed Greta before she was a world celebrity, speaking to politicians with the courage of a leader while the eyes of the world are on her. This allows him to capture up close and honest moments with Thunberg, who has become an icon of the green movement in recent years and was named Times Magazine's 2019 Person of the Year.
The film is part of the Verziótheque film library, where you can watch documentaries online all year round!
