The AGORA – Savaria film theatre will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2023. Standing in downtown Szombathely, the cinema attracts various audiences, from the enthusiasts of the crowd-pleasers to the art house cinema lovers. The repertoir highlights Hungarian films and works targeting the young audiences. Film clubs are held on a regular basis, Q&As and other events are hosted here including popular concerts.
Verzió screenings were first introduced in Szombathely at the Bohém Café. The Festival is organized by the local branch of the Szabad Terek (Free Spaces) network.
