Courageous Milo dresses as a man to move around Baghdad more freely. Ambitious filmmaker Khalili discovers the power of his camera to combat the regime. In the aftermath of the 2019 uprisings, Milo and Khalili become the faces, eyes, and voices of Iraqi youth relentlessly fighting for a better future. For her latest documentary, talented Swiss director Maja Tschumi immersed herself in the daily lives of these revolutionary young Iraqis. The film offers a moving glimpse into the hopes of a generation that has known only war since the American invasion.
