Andrius Lekavičius is a multimedia storyteller directing commercial and non-commercial audiovisual productions. His latest animated documentary, Delta Zoo, was screened in cinemas across Lithuania and at festivals around the world. Growing up in the 1990s, his creative focus is on this period of essential change.

Call Me Intern

Nathalie Berger applies her interest in art and politics to incite debate on social issues. She made a documentary about the impact of “voluntourism” on local communities in Kenya, and initiated a human rights art collective in Geneva. She was a content creator for the Solar Impulse project, and produced videos for the world's first solar plane.

Leo David Hyde is an activist, filmmaker and editor from New Zealand. He has worked on a variety of projects, including social media campaigns for NGOs and political activism, through Collective Bievre. He recently completed work on a 12-part documentary series for Public Services International, which examines the achievements and challanges of public service workers across the world.

Breathless

Daniel Lambo is a filmmaker from Belgium. He started his career as a writer for theater, television and cinema. As a director, Lambo shifted his attention towards social themes. His renewed approach to filmmaking—both intuitive and socially engaged—inspired him to start his own production company, Lambo Films.

Bellingcat - Truth in a Post-Truth World

Hans Pool is a Dutch director and cinematographer who creates films with a journalistic approach. He studied Dutch Language and Literature at the University of Amsterdam, and later specialized in Camera and Directing in the Audiovisual Design Department of the Royal Academy, Den Hague. His films often include the topic of journalism and the impact of media, and tackle political questions.

Jan Kounen is a director, screenwriter and producer born in the Netherlands. He has made several short films, feature films, documentaries and recently released three VR experiences: Ayahuasca – Kosmik Journey, Seven Lives and -22.7°C.

Earth

Nicolaus Geyrhalter is a director, cinematographer, scriptwriter and producer. At the age of 22, he formed his own production company, Nikolaus Geyrhalter Filmproduktion (NGF), which has since produced many award-winning documentaries, fiction features, and series for TV and cinema. Geyrhalter's films have been screened at the New York Museum of Modern Art's Doc Fortnight, and at multiple festivals worldwide.

Free University

Born in the UK, Jonathan Hunter moved to Budapest in 2016, and studied documentary filmmaking and philosophy at Central European University. Hunter has made educational content, several commercial videos and short documentaries. He now works as a freelance filmmaker and videographer in Florence, Italy.

Hi, A.I.

Isa Willinger is a documentary film director. She studied directing at the University of Film and Television in Munich. She also holds Master’s degrees in Slavic Studies, North American Studies and Sociology. Willinger is interested in social change and the history of human ideas. She has contributed to the film magazine, Revolver, and is the author of a book on the films of Kira Muratova.

Minding the Gap

Bing Liu is a Chicago-based director and cinematographer. His 2018 documentary Minding the Gap has earned several award recognitions since its world premiere at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. He is a segment director on America To Me, a documentary series examining racial inequities in the US education system. He was a member of the International Cinematographers Guild for seven years. Liu holds a BA in Literature from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Metamorphosis VR

Mika Johnson is a multimedia artist, concentrating on designing virtual reality experiences. Johnson also directs AR projects, music videos, commercials, and fiction and documentary films. Johnson has presented, lectured, and taught workshops across Europe and North America. Based in Prague, Johnson teaches workshops and classes at FAMU International and Prague Film School. He is also a member of the New York City based trio MomenTech: a multiplatform experimental production studio devoted to transnational progressivism, post-humanism, neo-nomadism and futurism.
