AUDIENCE AWARD
VOTE FOR THE FILMS! Verzió volunteers collect the voting slips with your ratings after the screenings. The Audience Award goes both to the audience’s favorite International and Hungarian film, each of them will recieve a prize of 100,000 HUF.

STUDENT/DEBUT FILM AWARD
International Jury awards the best debut and/or student film in competition on the base of its professional excellence and creative approach to the chosen theme. The director of the winner film will recieve a prize of 1000 euro in support of her/his professional development.

HUMAN RIGHTS FILM AWARD
Verzio involves university students in discussing and evaluating human rights films in the festival program. The Jury is selected on a competitive basis and is comprised of students with commitment to human rights and academic excellence. The director of the winner film will recieve a prize of 1000 euro.

Special mention: NO OBVIOUS SIGNS
The audience favorites and the winners of The Best Human Rights Film and The Best Student/Debut Film awards were announced at the closing ceremony on November 10.
BEST KIDS' FILM
The Kids' Jury supported by UNICEF will choose its favorite documentary from the Student Verzio program and present it to their over 100 contemporaries at Youth Verzio on November 10. Youth Verzio will close with the screening of the Best Kids' Film. The selected film will be included in the School Verzio, Verzio Film Foundation’s year round program for high-school students, providing free classroom screenings throughout the country for 1 year. The fee for the educational screenings rights are supported by the European Parliament.
