Patricia Franquesa audiovizuális kommunikációt (URL) és kreatív dokumentumfilmes mesterképzést (UPF) végzett rendező és producer. 2016-ban társalapítója volt a Gadea Films cégnek. Később producerként dolgozott Laura Herrero La Mami (2019) című filmjén. Rendezői debütálása az Oh Dear Sara (2021), amelyet beválogattak a DocLisboa, a Beldocs és a DocsBarcelona versenyprogramjába, valamint díjat nyert az iráni Nemzetközi Filmfesztiválon.
